I agree with the calories part, but not everyone needs to eat 1500 to lose fat. It all depends on your size and activity level. A small woman trying to lose very low bodyfat percentage might have to eat less than that. A very active person can eat significantly more than that and still lose. I personally lose 1lb a week at 2000 calories but I walk a lot and lift heavy almost daily.

Nothing wrong with two eggs a day. Eggs are very nutritious.

For example, breakfast could include fruit, lunch could be a salad that has lots of vegetables, a whole grain like farro, and a protein.

Snack could be hummus with veggies.

Dinner could be vegetarian or turkey chili with lots of beans and vegetables.

Seems generally fine. I’m assuming you are just wanting good health and weight maintenance? I think you should be eating more vegetables and fruit. Also some dairy (or some source of calcium) and nuts/seeds.

Nothing really wrong with it, but it seems like very little food. Are you trying to lose weight?

I think I eat pretty healthy and am wondering if I need to make adjustments:

Breakfast: I eat two fried eggs with eziekel bread and coffee every morning. Sometimes I switch it up with an veggie omelette or an avocado toast with one fried egg

Lunch: sandwiches from outside or a salad with rotisserie chicken and some pasta

Dinner: always some combo of chicken or fish with veggies and either baked potatoes or rice

Any ideas on how to improve,
