What does this mean kids are ‘on their own?’ Not true, in my experience. They are more tended to than ever. Parents are observant, careful, questioning, supportive, available, and watched over. And yet, kids are filled with anxiety. I blame technology/social media as well. And growing up with an absence of nature and community.
