I rarely do anything alone already. I no predators are opportunists, always looking for someone to victimize. In the case of this young lady, she was armed, in a sense: she is strong, she felt no fear, she fought him and ran off asap. I don't know that she has to learn anything, except that she can, in fact, protect herself.

Your guard is down because you are in your apartment gym and it is well lit.

Amazing! This young woman is a body builder and she knew she was strong. She fought him off and got away. I'm going to go do some lifting....
