Watch out for constipation with Z. For me (and my nausea was BAD, going in for IV hydration, losing 20 pounds bad), the poop side effects for Z were not a desirable alternative. I would only take Z on the worst of the worst days because the improvement I got was notable but not dramatic (IE, I was throwing up 5 times a day instead of 15), and adding humiliating agonizing poop issues to the mix really didn't help my morale as much as you'd expect.
Yeah, the constipation is rough. It was worth it for me to be able to keep anything down, though.
