The most important thing is fit--I recommend going in person to an optical (there are many at different price points) store.
Frames come in different: widths (to fit faces wide and narrow); temple sizes (the part that goes over your ears); and bridge (over the nose.)
Trying on some in person will help you find the right size as well as shape. YOu'll quickly figure out what you *don't* like and can get some outside opinions (however stick to your gut).

Also similar and prefer rectangular lenses with a defined, but not overly heavy/bulky frame.
Also don't be afraid to try styles marketed to men, that's how I found my current pair that look great on me!

I have a similar shape and size. I wear La Font glasses -- slightly oversized with a subtle cat eye. They actually sit up high enough on my nose so they're not resting on my cheeks when I smile...hard to find a pair like that!
I've also had luck w/rectangular frames. Square frames look horrid on me, but the rectangle seems to soften my roundness.

If you have big cheeks, try glasses with nose pads that are adjustable. You don’t want the glasses sitting on your cheeks. I personally would look for a thinner frame. George santos looks like a cartoon character.

+1 and especially look through the reviews because if you can find someone that looks sort of like you, it gives you a better idea than the Try on

Glasses always look terrible on me. Can anyone recommend what you wear if you have a large head and very round face with big cheeks?
