I lost over 100lbs. Very important to not over eat, when you are full, STOP EATING. If you overeat, you will pay, it’s coming out one way our another. Drink water, eat as much protein as you can and exercise.
Anonymous wrote:I lost 15lbs at the lowest dose, however when I went up to .50, I had severe abdominal cramping. So much so that my doctor made me go to the ER to get a CT scan and stop the medicine immediately. There was nothing on the CT scan, we don't know what caused the cramping but it went away about a week after I took my last dose of the medicine.
*Of course I gained that 15lbs back.

So sick that they have to go to the ER. If you’re on it, can you share with me how you’ve felt, especially with nausea? Also, do you find that certain food cause sickness?
TIA
If you're in some of the FB groups, I've seen people talking about getting sick, but I do wonder what "really sick" means – and I think it means something different for everyone. I assume TT is even more dramatic because...it's TT.
Some people can't tolerate even mild nausea, but I've had GI issues my whole life, so my tolerance of feeling "off" is probably higher than many. I'm on week 7, starting with 4 weeks at .25 and then going to .5 and my side effects have been mild, with the worst the very first week. Even then, it was mild nausea and mild fatigue. No food aversions or anything that came close to vomiting. I'm sure there is a percentage of people who can't tolerate these meds at all, but I suspect user error is to blame a lot of the time. Also, drama gets clicks.
This is a really bad take. I'm not a dramatic person, typically have a very strong stomach, ramped up even slower than recommended (stayed on 0.25mg for 7 weeks), and was pretty sick on and off the first three months, including episodes of vomiting and miserable nausea and heartburn, plus the horrible and excessive sulphuric burps. This is not an uncommon experience. They're not exaggerating for clicks, it's just that everyone is different and reacts differently, so it's wise for OP to anticipate these kinds of side effects.
