Strange run. I even got a raise at J2 three weeks ago!!
I am no longer over employed!! Not shocked in one way. I had a staff member not performing and boom HR said send email and we will fire him, no PIP no nothing. A zoom call and gone. I actually was only thinking PIP. First clue don’t work at company your boss can fire no reason at anytime.
Then they did same to me. What scares me is they toss people so easy. They also hire easy. Thank God I kept my BS old job.
I honestly think two jobs led a bit to my decline. But this was wrong fit. He kept using term working manager. And my boss would work 12-13 hours a day which annoyed me. He expects managers to do 8 hours work every day then meetings and admin on top. I was on line 730 to 630 every day and somehow boss was on even more.
Oh well a failed experiment. Anyone need a new employee? Kinda relieved.
