People do rent out their pool or their peloton, but this is a very micro market.

No, the idea for you would be to run a regulated gym from your home.

This was huge during COVID in countries that were more regulated than the US. When public pools all closed, if you wanted access to a pool, you could rent it from a private owner. People were paying thousands a month for pool access.

Even in the DMV area you could rent local pool access through a pool sharing app.

It is literally a ZTA. "An accompanying zoning text amendment is needed because it would allow for shared economy uses in the county’s zoning code, according to Livhu Ndou, the council’s legislative attorney who focuses on zoning matters."
