I have one. It's a good piece of equipment. I wouldn't want it to be my only piece. I love my Les Mills step and weight set.

Still I prefer in person classes at the gym to both of these.

Not workout, but health related. Can I give a shout out to my ear cleaner thingie? It's called Spade, and it's creepy and so satisfying. Instagram was pushing this hard. I get ear infections easy and have ruptured ear drums in flight at some point, and this lets me take pics and send to my dr 😄

I have a Total Gym and I actually love it no matter how much grief my family gives me for buying it. Do you have any fitness equipment you love that was reasonably priced but suprisingly effective.
