The field trips are all local trips like Seneca creek state park, black hill regional park, harpers ferry, dc museums. It’s really not that extraordinary!

I’m a RMIB parent and I’ve never heard of a field trip. Is this for the younger grades? Maybe my kid missed all that due to pandemic? They haven’t had any in 11th grade.

Anonymous wrote:Field trips are not common for high school. Maybe one a year. A lot of student complain about missing classes and getting behind in APs. Charter Buses are also crazy expensive. Like $2k per day per bus. School buses can only be used for short, local trips that don’t get in the way of bus schedules.
