Subject: Are there any windows or barriers that help with LOUD ASS cars?

Live on a busy street in DC where trashy people with small penises gun their extremely obnoxious engines all day and night. Are there acoustic barriers or windows that can block the noise?
This noise pollution is taking years off our lives. We’ve lived here 20 years and yes, this problem has gotten worse. Also the protected bike lanes have added to the problem. Now there are traffic jams daily.
Help! (And yes, this is an environmental problem as well as a health/mental health and sustainability problem).
