I made the French onion soup, chicken parm skillet and the oven French toast (which was too crispy for my kids). Want to try the chickpea masala and blueberry breakfast thing.

It is! We make it with the half butter - half olive oil variation.


+1 although I’ve only made it with butter and will try the variation next time.

I don't have the cookbook or know which recipes are in it, but my long time favorite Smitten Kitchen recipe is the one pot farro with tomatoes:
