Thanks for sharing. Waking up in the middle of the night has been an issue with me too ever since having kids. My mom and MIL also have this problem—wonder if it’s a motherhood issue?
Will look into ashwagandha. Valerian worked in the past but still testing it out. Melatonin seems to work only for half the night. I also restarted daily hour long outdoor walks so hopefully this will help.
