Looks like two separate issues --he didn't support a diverse team and Google didn't properly handle the sexual harassment. They should both be fired.

He seems very typical of people laid off by Google; 10+ year tenure, in an unprofitable sector (Google is leaving healthcare and laid off most of their related staff)

What’s your issue here OP? Other than trying to be as inflammatory as possible? His race/gender/marital status/# of kids is irrelevant to the assault and discrimination he faced.
