OP here.. trying to understand why would I want/need to add fat? Wouldn't that just add calories I don't need?
I think avocado is a good idea. I was going to suggest that an extra drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkling of cheddar cheese would sort of hold it together nicely. Some good fat will keep you more full and will help keep your skin and hair nice. Overall, nice lunch.
