All white in the Boston churches I'm used to, but the typical navy blazer and beige pants is all I see here in suburban MoCo.

It is parish to parish specific.
Our parish in DC I have seen everything khakis a dress shirt and tie to seersucker suit (It was memorial day weekend so seersucker is allowed)
I had 3 receive sacrament of 1st communion in DC and I have not seen a white suit. When I have gone to NY /NJ events for nieces and nephews it is very common.

Pp here. FWIW, I only see Latino kids wear white suits at my parish.

My experience was that kids wear a variety of outfits. Once upon a time they issued robes with little shoulder capes so that all the boys were uniform but nobody had to lay out for a suit.

My sense is that if you like white you should get white.

At our North Arlington church there will be mostly blue suits, a couple grey suits, a couple blue jackets with khaki pants and maybe a seersucker suit. Definitely no white, though I know the look you mean and associate it with Texas, not NYC.

What do kids wear around here? I’m used to all white suit in NYC but in the DMV it may be culturally different. Blue suit?
