Even if you applied for FA you can still get released from ED agreement

OP here. Financial aid is not a consideration. Yes, perhaps we messed up, we are foreigners and don't know all the ins and outs of this. She applied to Georgetown SFS.
To answer other PPs:
1. She has the AP exam awards, one school award for having taken a challenging course load, and a government certificate of proficiency in her native language, because it was not taken through her public school. She took Latin at school to fulfill the language requirement and is in AP Latin this year.
2. The ethnicity box she checked does not reflect all her multi-culturalism from various countries, which she expanded on in her essay. But if URM just means Black or Hispanic, then no, she is not URM.
