It will suck you in pretty quickly. I think the shorter classes, not being SO hard you don't want to return are the best things for me. There's basically (for me) to excuse to miss a class. I feel better mentally too, thank goodness.
It feels good to stretch and move after working at a desk all day. Maybe I'll ease back into zumba or kickboxing eventually.
