Haha! I'm the OP and never quite found any good ones either. Season is basically done so fingers crossed for next year!

Agree! Wondering wtf happened to the Sumos this year. Purchased from Wegman's and Whole Foods and encountered the same.

I’ve gotten them from Giant, TJs and Wegmans and all have been delicious! Expensive though.

I bought a bag of Cara Cara navel oranges from WF earlier this week. They are awesome.

I’ve gone through several bags of cara cara oranges from Wegmans and Trader Joe’s and they’ve been awesome. Very sweet and juicy. I tried the sumó oranges for the first time ever this year and I thought they were good. They didn’t stand out as anything special though.

Just bought some tasty Moroccan mandarins at Costco.

The box of Sumos I got from TJs have been delicious. The rinds are a little tougher and thinner than normal.

+1. I recently bought some at Wegmans and they were fine.

The ones I've had have been very sour. Kind of good in their own way, but literally like sour candy.
