Can you just invite your friends’ kids who are in the same age range? It might be a smaller party but that’s really ok. At age 2 you don’t need many kids to have a party the birthday child thinks is really fun.

If it's your friends and their families, I suggest thinking of it like you are just hosting families for lunch or whatever. Serve a buffet meal, set out a table with coloring and have something to play with in the yard (balls/bubbles etc.)
Keep in mind that older and bigger children can be hard on toddler items like riding toys, so hide those away.

10 year olds don't want to go to a 2 yr olds party at the house with nothing to do. Find a venue that appeals to wider age groups.

I feel like a bounce house would work for ages 2 to 10

+1 its the various age groups. Hire an entertainer?

That's a lot of kids, and it will be hard to find an activity that they all enjoy. I'd either skip the party and just do something fun with your kid or have a smaller party. Or just have the families over for dinner and cake.

If I invite more than 10-15 kids between 2-10 what should I do to entertain a diverse age group? My kid doesn’t have friends her age, so would just invite my friends kids. Would you do this, or is this a bad idea?
