Have you ever tried to lose weight? If so, how did you go about it?
Did anyone ever mention your weight to you?
Yes, I tried counting calories with my fitness pal, which was synced to my Fitbit, in 2020 when I was taking long walks, like fast walks. I wouldn't say I liked it. I realize that if I walk over 15 steps per day, I do not need to count anything. That was when I was trying to lose a few lbs. I gave it up within a couple of months.
I tried to lose weight after I gave birth to my second child; well, about a year later, most of the weight I gained after she was born, and I was so hungry. I lost nothing until I started doing yoga and walking on the treadmill, which did not work apart from toning me and making muscles and best flat tummy, so I did Atkins for a month or so. That work went down to 107 pretty fast.
Yes, people mention my weight a lot, more so when I was below 110 lbs. Mainly in the context of how I can eat anything I want and how lucky I am.
