Query how this woman was elected. A very strange resume. Attended a Bible school for her undergrad and lists cosmetology school as an educational credential. Strikes me Arlington teachers for the most part would be pretty demanding (the superintendent of APS in the 80’s and 90’s was the superintendent of my north shore Chicago school district and he told me teachers were demanding but high quality).
Maybe I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that most APS teachers actually aren't dues-paying members of the AEA. If I'm wrong, please let me know.
