Subject: Do you judhe people by their phones?
No, I have no clue what phone anyone has. I assume someone 60 or younger wouldn’t have a flip phone and if they did, they probably could afford a regular one and I certainly wouldn’t judge for that. I do thinks it’s a bit odd when my friends don’t have iPhones but I don’t judge them, I know some people prefer android.

I’m taken aback when someone has a phone I know is no longer serviced by software updates. It happened recently when I was at a business meeting and I was wondering how they can live like that. And I guess it does make me worry they don’t have the technology infrastructure to be a reliable partner.

I judge the parents of my students because I collect their phones in the morning. Kids come without supplies and are failing but they have the latest iphones. Status is placed on the wrong things.

Not at all. However, I judge people who judge people by their phones.

I judge OP for lack of proofreading.

No. I would never look. And if I saw and noticed you had an older phone, I’d applaud you for it.

I admire people who stick with a flip phone. I'm not up to date enough to tell expensive phones from bargain phones. I can't see what my husband's new iPhone does that my more basic Android phone can't do.

No. I only judged my sister who had a phone so old it couldn’t reliable receive or send texts 100% of the time. It was an issue with coordinating for her kids. She finally upgraded to something reliable and I don’t know what it is but it works so not judging anymore.

Here’s my method of buying a new phone: Bring along my most loved wristlets (purses) to the phone store and see what fits. More than that, I don’t care.

Nope. Some people like the latest thing, some people are satisfied with what they have. It’s all good.
I too, have an old phone. I’d appreciate it if anyone who judges me because of my old phone could convince Apple that there really is a market for small phones.

No. I have no idea what model iphone anyone has, nor do I care. I do, however, have major issues w android bc there’s always 1 member on a group text who screws up all the messages bc they’re the only android user. Can’t send/share pics easily, can’t name text, can’t edit/delete, etc.

I know there is the Android vs iphone debate…but do judge if someone has a really old phone model? I pulled out my iphone 7 and my brother screamed “Ew!”. I was taken aback. Was he saying out loud what others think in their head? I can afford any phone I want, im just a little frugal.
