Get a can of compressed air and blow into the ports with short bursts. Do not spray holding it down, the contents of the can are under high pressure. If you hold it down, then contents come out quickly and due to the volume, they will chill the air and cause rapid condensation and you'll get moisture/ice where you spray. But short bursts will stay dry and should blow out the cookies bits/crumbs.
