H&M has inexpensive blazers and work trousers and nice sweaters this season. Would really suggest trying that!

She should find a well fitting blazer or sweater blazer - it will serve her well in lots of situations. Then she can pair it with a simple Tshirt and jeans, or a skirt and a cami, or black pants.

I have huge boobs and dress professionally everyday. And was in a corporate roll a lot earlier than 22. As long as you manage expectations finding clothes isn’t hard.

At 22 she should be shopping for herself/asking this question.

She also needs to understand 3 things about having a big chest in the work place, trying to hide them often has the reverse effect, men notice them ( some will make comments, some will be professional, some will eat overstep any boundary or social norm), woman will be catty and assume you use them or your oral skills to get that promotion.

H and M used to be the go-to but at least their online offerings seem not to include the range of professional-looking stuff they carried a couple of years ago.

Where I do see work clothes, I'm seeing a lot of menswear-inspired styling everywhere but I think that won't flatter my DD, who is small overall except for the bustline. So high necks and button-downs are not ideal. And there look to be be so many otherwise fine blouses that include cut-outs! She's just trying to look serious and avoid wardrobe malfunctions so she can focus on explaining her research!

Petite availability would be a bonus.
