Newish to lifting weights and gym workouts since the fall. My arm muscles have definitely grown. They look bigger when I flex, and they feel weird rubbing against my side. It's actually kind of annoying.
Is that weird? Will I get used to it? Also they are firm but make me look heavier. I like being strong so I don't want to complain, it's just weird to get used to after decades of smaller arms. I guess bulky beats out smaller but flabbier.
