I make them like this but I cute them and roast with garlic coves, thyme and crushed red chili pepper.
I also will bake them and then dress them with some butter, chopped green chilis and some fresh mozzarella along with salt and crushed black pepper. tear up some fresh basil to garnish. this is from Jamie Oliver
