This ^^^ You need to call and ask if you can't find ACT listed online.

Many charts I’ve looked at have both the SAT and ACT scores printed right on the chart. (E.g., Michigan State.)

Are you sure? Since, they all seem to accept either test interchangeably for admission (if they consider standardized tests), I would think they would do the same for merit.

Just commenting that the merit aid questions are relevant and good topics for this forum. The merit aid thread that is currently running off the rails has a less practical focus.
Sorry I don't know the answer, you can look at their common data set and see how many of their student took what test. This may be a good question for the admissions office at the school, I would suspect they want strong students so may give merit for strong ACT scores but you would have to look at the concordance tables to figure out at what level.

So sorry but my google skills are failing me. If a school says they give $ merit with X GPA and Y SAT, is that only based on SAT or are they using SAT and/or ACT interchangeably? We are hoping for a bit of merit but DC prefers the ACT and would like to just stick with it. Do I need to also strongly encourage taking the SAT just for merit money or can I let it go? Thanks!
