OP here. One thing I omitted: Ideally something outside the top 200. (My husband and I both have unusual names). Thanks for the suggestions so far!

Samuel
Nathanial/Nathan
Simon (though perhaps not with a -tin last name)

Also, while I don't love it, Amon apparently has Hebrew and Anglo origins. I've heard it as a Scottish name but never as a Jewish name, though. The point is, there are names with overlapping origins if you hunt a bit. I'd start with this list:

https://nameberry.com/baby-names/490/hebrew-names-for-boys/all

Some don't sound familiar as Jewish names, so I'm guessing they are using some algorithm that selects for "Hebrew origin" which is very broad since so many names evolved from Hebrew in the same way many evolved from Latin or Greek (old languages). But if you look through, you will likely find names that resonate with both of you and can compare against lists of names popular in England or Scotland.

Looking for a boy name that combines our family's Jewish and English/Scottish heritages. Name of DS1 is an anglicized version of a biblical name. Last name ends in "tin" (which we've found to be limiting). Open to longer names with nicknames too. (I realize I may be searching for a unicorn). TIA!
