...if the baby is home there's a pretty good chance they have a nanny. Or a spouse or other family member caring for the baby. Is your company willing to pay to soundproof their home office so you don't hear their dogs/kids/next door neighbour's construction noise?

damn if i had known nannies are able to stop babies from crying i would have stopped my retirement contributions and sold my breast milk on craigslist to have one.

Maybe a spouse is taking care of the baby and the baby is crying. Babies cry. You sound like a horrible person.

That parents are having a hard time finding kids ibuprofen and other over the counter kids meds?

That you can't send your kid to daycare when they're sick?

Just FYI if the baby is sick there's often nothing they can do. You can't ask a nanny to take care of a sick baby if it's something contagious. They are doing you a favor by joining the meeting.

If this is the first time it's happened with this person, STFU and have some compassion.

If this is the 5th time it's happened over the course of a couple weeks, then yes - they need to find accommodations.
