agree, but I think much like school shootings, people have become desensitized to violence in our schools. And maybe it's because a "child" hit an adult.
Well, some teens are bigger than adults, particularly women.
I'm like 5' on a good day. 99.9% of HS students are bigger than I am. If one assaulted me, it would be hard to defend myself.
I recall when I was in HS I had a really petite Asian female math teacher. Great teacher, and she was super tiny, smaller than me. She would've been an easy target for students.
I'm sure defenders of the assaulters will say how hard the pandemic was, give them a break, yadda yadda yadda. Always excuses.
