Ha

Our nanny is moving with us, so part of the appeal of organized activities is for her to meet some new friends, too.

Sidewalk Chalk, a swimming pool, bubbles, a trip to the playground.

A 2 year old is really too young for organized things, unless you need day care. At that age they parallel play with other kids and just need a routine of outdoor play, investigating the world around them, and being with family members. There will be kiddie outdoor puppet shows and things like that.

I mean, my 2 year olds were really happy with a little splash pool outside and the occasional ice cream.

We're moving to Bethesda this spring and would love to enroll our two year old in some fun summer activities. At least one of the preschools we've applied to has summer camps, which is promising if we enroll, but are there soccer teams that all of the local children tend to join or popular camps for this age?
