Chobani Vanilla No Zero Sugar Yogurt
Medium Banana
1/2 cup of Grape Nuts
Mixed together in a bowl. It was very thick, so I drank water with it 16-20 oz.
Kind of low in protein. I also personally avoid all that processed stuff. I'd rather eat a couple of eggs and call it a day. But you have to figure out what works for you. I also tend to not eat breakfast, IF style.
