I’m a long time devotee of the spicy broth with tofu from DCNoodles. I am soooo upset to learn they’ve closed!!! I’ve spent the last few days scouring the Internet to see if I can find a recipe similar to no avail. Anyone with a better food memory than me have any suggestions to match this amazing broth?

It was a spicy vegetarian broth, light brownish in color and no hint of any dairy or curry. More oily based soup not creamy. No taste of coconut. Lots of crispy garlic, peanuts, rice vermicelli noodles, veggies, bean sprouts. The menu didn’t have a Thai name for it (if there is one) it just said spicy broth and you picked your protein and noodle types.

I’m going to miss this so much please help!!
