We use hMart too and have been happy. If you live in a place that doesn’t have a good fish supply you might have to just skip the raw stuff!

Don't buy sushi grade fish online! It's been sitting in the back of some FedEx truck for however long? Pass. Go to a quality local fish market that has a good supply chain.

Don't go online. Look at and smell your fish.

Looking for a good source for sushi grade fish. I see a bunch out there, but hard to tell who is good and who is not.

I once used a service and the packaging was terrible and my fish got freezer burn.
