Try a humidifier and Vitamin C.

We went through a phase of frequent nosebleeds with each of our two kids. One of them had to have chemical cauterization a couple of times to deal with a particularly large blood vessel, so have them checked by an ENT. It's a fairly painless in-office procedure.
We are diligent about humidifiers running in every room, keep the thermostat at 66, and use saline at least twice a day. This now keeps the nosebleeds pretty rare.

73 is way too hot and will dry the air out. Turn it down. Get a real humidifier. And have them use a saline nasal spray a couple times a day. There's also a saline gel called Ayr that you can apply inside their nose.

And yeah, 73 is really hot. We keep ours at 65 for the reason that my kids get terrible nose bleeds. It's not very cold. We all wear hoodies and slippers and it's very comfortable.

This. 73 is too hot and dry. We keep st 67-68. Humidifiers in everyones room. I wash them as well to keep mold from growing. Really helps nosebleeds.

Exactly this. It's the dryness that's probably causing it. Run the humidifier while they're sleeping and turn down the heat at night.

I have a bleeding disorder and got daily nosebleeds as a kid. Put a bit of Vaseline inside their nostrils before bed. Like lip balm for those delicate capillaries. If you have trouble getting the bleeding to stop, you can use a tiny bit of Adrian nasal spray.

Get a humidifier for his/her room. My son is prone to them and the humidifier helps.

The nose bleeding all happen in the middle of night when kids are deep sleeping in bed. Why happen at nighttime, not daylight?

Kids has running nose, and they have been blowing nose a lot for the past 2 weeks. We set the thermostate at 73 degree 24/7, is that on the high temp side? We have turned on desktop humdifies away from bed in 2 kids room, and they are difficult to clean ( has mold sometimes, and I don't know why and I use old toothbrush to clean them).Our master bedroom is super dry, and I consider to turn off one of the vent.

What could help to reduce the nose bleeding & make the bedroom less dry?
