I need basic toiletries like shampoo and conditioner and face wash.
I am new to developing a routine but I most typically would wear my exercise clothes to the gym and change afterwards. Just keep a spare exercise outfit in the bag and swap it out when I get home? And then put in nicer clothes if I need to go somewhere other than home after?
These are basic questions but I keep ending up forgetting something so thought I'd look for tips.

Fortunately, my gym has shampoo/conditioner/body wash, so I only have to bring a few toiletries. This is what I pack (I used to have a list to make sure I remembered, but now it has become habit):
- undershirt (am a guy)
- underwear
-tie
-work socks
-work shoes
-belt
-shower sandals
I take my suit and dress shirt separately - lay it out on the back seat of the car.
I pack everything the night before. I also wipe my shower sandals and the inside of my bag with a Clorox wipe every day.
Same but I don't shower after unless I'm REALLY sweaty. I use a blower drier on my dry hair to dry the sweat out.

When I go to the gym then work I pack: work clothes (including shoes, belt, undergarments), towel (if not provided), shower shoes, soap/shampoo, brush, make up and curling iron.
Unpack every night and then repack.
It’s also always a good idea to have a backup pair of underwear/bra just in case it’s forgotten.

- 5 shirts
- 3 shorts/2 capri leggings
- 5 pairs of good socks
- gym shoes
- flipflops for the shower or pool
I wear my gym clothes home and shower at home, drop work clothes off in the laundry room on my way in the door at home. I do have a toiletries bag, but don't use it often. Mostly I keep a bag of clean sweatbands, pony tail holders, combs, face wipes and deodorant.
If you need to shower they have soap attached to the stalls. I mainly use it for rinsing off after a pool workout.
