Interesting, my agent was intimidating and it would cause me angst just talking to them, I by chance changed to somebody else there that was kind.

We've realized that our particular State Farm agent is terrible and are looking for a new agent in Virginia. We have everything insured with State Farms and don't feel like dealing with changing companies right now, just agents. Thanks for any suggestions!
