bad idea. a lot of that use the same input data and it can determined you used it using other tools available. unless you're just looking for ideas. But then it wouldn't necessarily match your childs personality and would be boiler plate.

I would think they can pull up prior applications and we know that schools "remember" families that rejected acceptances. I will not use the same essays for my kids' HS admissions (and we did not for elementary admission to our current school). Of course, my kids are completely different, so there's no way this would work for us even if we wanted to.

I asked the AD at our private and they said yes, feel free to use the same answers to the parent/ family questions. Obviously update the kid specific stuff, but they were adamant we didn’t need to reinvent the wheel.

Currently applying for younger child. Even though some of the essays are similar and I was able to reuse similar language, I now actually have experience with the school with the older that I was able to interject more personal anecdotes. So I would say reuse but modify.
