Bard just built and opened a new building. How about their old bldg?

Yet somehow KIPP managed to get a big building EOTR, why's that?

The real estate just didn't pan out EOTR. But I wish they'd at least been able to get closer to a metro station and further away from the main campus. It doesn't even feel like two schools. They should call Kirov the middle school and Petworth the high school and just lean into it.

I didn’t know where that building was at first but yea they are full of sh**. That’s five minutes from the current campus and certainly not going to attract kids from across the river.
