But what tools? A baguette pan or just a baking stone?

The problem is household ovens don’t get hot enough to get the really satisfying crust on a baguette. You can make them, but it will never be as good as a commercial bakery oven.

I’d like to give someone all the necessary tools so that they can bake baguettes at home. I’ve done some research, but am wondering if anyone has recommendations. I’d love a kit that’s already put together but I’m not finding anything other than KAFlour’s kit which is kind of meh (to me).
