Fitbit for activity and weight. I tend to repeatedly add and then delete calorie and macro counting apps . I'm torn between believing that tracking helps prevent overeating, and thinking that it just creates obsessions. I just ordered a cute food log off amazon, though, and am going to try to track on paper more loosely than I did on the app and see if that helps take some of the pressure off that apps create.
(By "pressure" I mean the paper log won't tell me that I'm over my carb count or haven't had enough of some micronutrient or whatever. I know how to eat healthily, and don't like the stress that the negative feedback from the app sometimes causes. I've found that sometimes when I think I've had a "good" day they app says I haven't, and that causes me to say f it and overeat. Clearly this is a "me" problem and not the app's fault, but I still don't want to deal with it).
