This would be perfect.

My favorite foot is buffalo chicken dip, so I have to throw that out as an option. With chips and/or pita. Or d add lifer tolls to make a Buffalo chicken slider sandwich, which I just made up but sounds amazing

Ooh don’t forget the blue cheese and celery sticks in case the other veg platter doesn’t have them.

(Also “d add lifer tolls” is obviously some kind of roll but I can’t figure out what kind).

I'd use it for mulled wine or cider

What about chocolate fondue for dessert with marshmallows, graham crackers and assorted fruit?

These look good:

Chicken wings work pretty well in a crock pot, but I see you already have that covered.

How about Mac n cheese? Or fondue?

Any other type of hot dip - crab, buffalo chicken, feta.... - coordinate with the other dip-bringers for a great selection of breads, crackers and veggies
Protein with slider rolls - Italian/shredded beef. pulled chicken or pork, mini sausages w/ pepper and onions

Also don't forget that crockpots can be used to keep just about anything warm - pigs in a blanket, mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, etc.

Any thoughts on something I can make/serve from crockpot that isn’t meatballs? (Meatballs are great, but someone from the same group served them over the holidays, so just want to branch out.)

Other offerings will include:
Pizza (mostly for kids)
Buffalo wings
Spinach/artichoke dip
Jalapeño poppers
Vegetable tray
Fruit salad (mostly for kids)
Maybe some shrimp and cocktail sauce
