I don’t know or care about what kind of unusual things they do in random other states or towns. A 92 is not a B and we are not trick or treating on a random Sunday. Keep it simple!

They do. Most transcripts have a key on the bottom that states the scale. Moreover, the admissions office has copies of the course catalogs, which include grading info.
