It was normal for my youngest, but he still runs hot. I was to the point that I was looking for dry fit sheets. He has outgrown overheating (for lack of a better term), but he still seems to have an internal temp than the rest of us.

My 3 year old wakes up from sleep super sweaty sometimes. Like his shirt and sheets are wet. It’s like he broke a fever though he isn’t sick/ didn’t have a fever. His room isn’t that warm and this happens when he’s barely under a blanket.

Is this normal?
