+1 to BRAT. But it is far more important to keep her hydrated.

Also, just from my own experience here with my 2 DDs, avoid dairy for a few days, even after you're past the diarrhea and vomiting. My kids normally eat dairy without any problems, but something about stomach bugs seems to make them a bit intolerant to it for a few days to a week afterwards.

BRAT above and lots of fluids to keep from getting dehydrated. You didn't mention age, but could be Pedialite, Gatorade, Gingerale, or water.

I usually make some rice water for drinking. As things improve I add some chicken broth to it. Followed by bland things like toast and banana later.

My kid had 2x watery diarrhea & 1x vomiting yesterday, and she has 1x watery diarrhea today so far. Other than not eating much & complaining of tummy ache on & off, she is running around and happy. What diet and drink should she eat today & tomorrow to stop the watery diarrhea?
