I’m looking to run walk do yoga or lift most days, ideally 3 runs 2 lift or yoga days and the other 2 I don’t care. For me it’s always gone sleep leads to exercise leads to eating better. Really making a concerted effort to get back in a good groove.
Right here with you! I had a baby in late 2021 and went from having fitness as a big part of my life to not being able to figure out how a workout fits into my days. I finally feel like I have things at home and work in a good enough place to recommit and am eager to get back to some sort of routine this month.
