Those are pasteurized and don’t whip up- which OP probably had to do if baking.

This sounds fine, until you think of it like birds eating cooked baby bird eggs. That sounds unnatural.

Crème anglaise, which you can churn into French vanilla ice cream as well.

Definitely carbonara. Spaghetti, a bit of pancetta or even bacon (unless you have a speciality store nearby that will have guanciale) and some pecorino Romano. It will be amazing with the 5 egg yolks.

Make the Ottolenghi soy cured yolks and polenta (you can make this recipe super quickly and easily by following the recipe on a package of stone ground grits). If if you don't feel like dealing with the peppers sub in another veggie like sautéed spinach or broccolini.

So do you not want dessert? Because vanilla pudding is pretty simple but obviously it’s dessert.

You could just add them to any egg dish.

I'm baking a cake that calls for only egg whites, and no yolks - which means I'll have 5 egg yolks left over. Any ideas on what to do with them? I love eggs, no issues eating them, but not sure how to use them or eat them because they're just yolks.

I've looked up recipes, but they're all pastry related or dessert related. Just looking for something simple.

Any ideas?
