The problem is your hours overlap with the most sought after part time hours (after school.) In addition, since your start time is relatively early (12:30) there isn't even really time for another morning-only part time job.
I think it will be very difficult for you to find anyone to work this part time schedule, unless your pay is equal to full time.

If you adjusted the hours to 3-6pm, you could easily get a high school student nearby.

You’d have much better luck finding someone PT for the morning hours.

If you know of any preschools in your area, we’ve had luck finding pre school teachers who work at part time programs who want extra hours. Generally they are available to start at 1. I think you will need to give more hours than this to make it appealing, though. I’d offer more days or later than 4. Unless they are already working in your neighborhood, it’s a pain to travel for just 3 hours. Alternatively, if you could move your hours up you can likely find a full time nanny in the neighbor who still works for a family where all of the kids are in school. Families/Nannies arw often happy to work somewhere else during the school day. We kept our nanny for years when we really didn’t need her until 3:30-6:30 bc we couldn’t find an alternative.

Mother's helpers are generally 12-14 year old girls and they are in school for the hours you want.

Nannies usually want full time jobs unless you're paying $50/60 an hour.
