I second Station 11. I read Tender is the Flesh earlier this year and recommend though it’s not for the squeamish as it deals with cannibalism. The ending is 10/10. I have Severance on my list as well.

Station 11 was boring AF.

The Road was haunting story of a family’s survival in a post-apocalyptic world. It was very raw and powerful.

At the risk of offending the poster, can you tell me what these are about. I know I could go on Goodreads or whatever and find some brief summaries but I thought it could be more informative if people didn't just name titles but also gave why they thought it was a good book.
